Penne Pasta with White Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pasta (Macaroni or Penne)
Cooking oil   1 tsp

2 tbsp butter
2 or 3 cups Milk
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream 1/4 tbsp
2 tbsp Maida
1/2 tsp chilli flakes

100 gm cheese


1 chopped onion
Chopped capsicum
1 small carrot
1 small cabbage
Chopped small tomato 1

2 1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
METHOD

Cook the pasta as per instructions.
(In a broad based vessel, pour enough water, heat it and bring it to boiling. When the water starts boiling add the raw pasta, stir it, add a tsp of cooking oil. Boil it for 8-10 minutes as per instructions on the package. Take the vessel out, drain the water - keep the drained water aside). Keep the pasta also aside. add a tsp of oil)

Chop all the vegetables. 
Add butter in a kadai, heat it.
Add onions, saute it for 2 minutes. 
Add baby corn, capsicum,  saute for 5 minutes.
Add maida and keep stirring. 
Add salt, pepper, chilly flakes, and milk and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes.
Add fresh cream.
Add the cooked pasta. Heat it for 2 minutes.
Add cheese.

Pasta is ready
