Baby Corn Cutlet
Potato (boiled and mashed):- 3
Cabbage (chopped):- ½ cup
Baby corn (boiled):- 8
Onion (chopped):- 1/2
Coriander leaves (chopped):- 2 springs
Tomato (chopped):- 1/2 cup
Chili powder:- 1 tsp
Garam masala powder:- 1 tsp
Bread crumbs:- 6 plain brand (crumbled )
Turmeric powder:- ¼ tsp.
Salt:- to taste
Oil:- as needed
Semi grind the boiled Baby corn and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine grounded baby corn,
cabbage, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, tomato, garam masala powder, onion,
chili powder, salt and turmeric powder.
Mix well.
Divide this mixture in equal portions and make a
small ball of each portion.
Flatten them in the middle of your palms.
In a wide pan, heat 1 tbsp.oil over a medium flame.
Once oil becomes hot, put cutlet in it and fry until
both sides turns brown.
Serve hot.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup, chili sauce or green
chutney.
