Aloo Mutter

Ingredients

Aloo 2 , cut in cubes
Peas 1 cup, cooked
Onion 1 medium size, chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
Kadugu
Ginger 1 inch long
Garlic 4 pal
Pachchai Milakai 6 – 8
Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Oil 6 tsp
Salt

METHOD
Make a paste with green chillies, Inji, Poondu
Heat oil and saute Kadugu
Add chopped onion – saute till onion becomes light brown.
Add tomato and then chilli-poondu paste.
Saute till the raw smell disappears.
Add haldi powder.
Mix well
Add potatoes, and salt; combine well.
Add Coconut milk, cooked peas, water
Bring it to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes.
