Peas, Beetroot Kurma

PEAS, BEETROOT KURUMA

INGREDIENTS
Beetroot 2, cut into small pieces
Peas 1/2 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Rice Flour 1 tsp

For GRAVY
Onion 1, big size, chopped
Green Chillies 4 Nos
Ginger 1 inch long
Garlic 1 pal
kaskasa 2 tsp
cashew nuts a few
Coconut 1/4 cup

METHOD
Peel, cut beetroot in small pieces and BOIL along with Peas.
Grind all the items for Gravy into a paste.
Combine salt, rice flour, and gravy in a bowl.
See that no lumps are formed.
Add this to the vegetables (beet + peas) and stir to combine.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add curd.
