CauliFlower Cutlet

Ingredients

Cauliflower (grated):-50 gm.
Potatoes (boiled and mashed):-250 gm.
Cumin seeds :-1 tsp.     [Jiragam]   
Mustard seeds :-1 tsp.       
Aniseed :-1tsp.        [Saunf,  Sombu]
Onion (chopped):-1
Green chili (chopped):-4
Maida :-50 g
Salt:-To taste Oil:- for frying.



Preparation Method

In a vanali, heat 1 tbsp. oil and once oil becomes hot, put aniseeds, mustard seeds, chopped onions and cumin seeds in it.

Fry till onions become transparent,

Now remove vanali from heat and allow it to cool.

Combine cauliflower, potatoes, salt and maida in above mixture.    Stir well.

Take little mixture on your palm and prepare cutlets of your desired shape.

Heat oil in a pan and fry them.

Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
