KNUL KHOL CURRY

Cut Knulkhol, wash it.

In a kadai, add oil, and when hot, add Kadugu. When Kadugu splutters, add kai.

Add a little Manjal podi and needed salt. Sprinkle some water. Let it boil. Cover with a lid.

After about 15 minutes, add red mirchi powder, let the veg cook for 2 - 3 minutes more.

Switch off.

Knul Khol Curry is ready
